Current/Past Clients: Learning Information and Access Center (LIAC) LIAC is a non-profit organization based in the city of East Orange, New Jersey that provides educational programs for the community. LIAC in cooperation with the City of East Orange and East Orange Public Schools estiablished a Learn to Swim Program for the East Orange Community. We helped LIAC develop their learn to swim program as well as manage the program day to day operations.
